His extensive background enables him to understand and teach the intricacies of debate, diplomacy, leadership, and self-confidence, which are crucial components of personality development. 

His extensive experience of more than a decade, starting right from his school days, in Model United Nations (MUN's), debates, open mics, and anchoring events has sharpened and mastered his public speaking skills, allowing him to connect with and engage diverse audiences effectively.  As someone who has served on interview panels at various organizations, he possess keen insight into what makes a candidate stand out. This enables him to train students to ace interviews, providing them with the skills and confidence to present themselves effectively. Moreover, his leadership roles at various organizations and at various levels have honed my ability to inspire and guide individuals towards their full potential, fostering critical thinking, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
